When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once shipped.

What are the shipping costs?

Germany: €4.90 (Free over €99)
EU: €5.90-€8.90 (Free over €150)
Worldwide: €12.90+ (No free shipping)

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, DHL Express is available at checkout (2-3 day delivery to most EU countries).

How do I return an item?

1. Email returns@nohopeclo.com for authorization
2. Ship items back within 14 days
3. Customer covers all return shipping costs

What's your refund policy?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if my item is defective?

Email support@nohopeclo.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll cover return shipping for defective items.

Where are your products made?

Our garments are designed in Germany and manufactured in Asia using premium materials.

Do you restock sold out items?

Limited edition items won't be restocked. Core collection items may be restocked - follow our Instagram for updates.
